When French language services exist, Francophones struggling with a health problem should not have the burden of having to ask for those services or to search for them. Why not offer them in a straightforward and outgoing manner? It’s personable, compassionate and more efficient.<\/p>\n
In short, an \u201cactive offer\u201d means that French-language services are visible, obvious, known, accessible and that their quality is similar to those services offered in English.<\/p>\n
